DIE CASTING FOUNDRY

Aramid is a key component of the three-layer fabric used in covers for foundry robots. This synthetic fiber, also known as Kevlar fiber, provides heat resistance and protection for high-temperature operations.

Aramid is resistant to tensile stress and abrasion, and is used in a variety of industrial applications that require strong, lightweight materials. Covers made from fabrics containing aramid provide reliable protection for robots, shielding them from high temperatures and molten metal splashes .

SABBIATURA

Nel settore dellelavorazioni meccaniche, come la sabbiatura, i robot possono affrontare problemilegati alla presenza di liquidi, trucioli e polveri fini. Per affrontare talisfide, le coperture utilizzate per proteggere i robot vengono realizzate con cucituretermo sigillate.
